Overview

The Bradshaw Law Firm's Insurance Law and Litigation practice area is among the largest in the Firm and consists of numerous attorneys who provide a diverse and broad-based range of legal services.

Bradshaw attorneys serve as members of the board of directors or provide counsel to insurance companies on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, licensure with state insurance departments, compliance with regulatory requirements, rate hearings, filings with governmental entities and risk management.

Attorneys practicing in this area provide counsel to insurers and insureds regarding issues of general insurance coverage, insurance fraud, property damage and complex liability claims. These services include coverage opinions, examinations under oath, declaratory actions and the pursuit/defense of subrogation claims.
The Insurance Law and Litigation practice area also includes most of the attorneys involved in the Litigation and Trial Practice area. These attorneys work with insurers and their insureds to provide counsel and representation in litigated matters including automobile accidents, bad faith claims, insurance fraud, construction disputes, life insurance/disability claims, premises liability, products liability, professional malpractice, toxic torts and workers' compensation.
Many attorneys within the Insurance Law and Litigation practice area serve as primary litigation counsel for insurers on the local, regional and state levels.
