Bradshaw, Fowler, Proctor & Fairgrave, P.C. is pleased to announce that attorney Krystal R. Mikkilineni has been named a shareholder of the law firm. Ms. Mikkilineni was a Bradshaw Law Firm associate from 2014 to 2019 and returned in 2020. She briefly clerked for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Washington in 2019.
Ms. Mikkilineni practices primarily in the areas of bankruptcy law, business law and corporate law. She focuses her practice primarily on representation of debtors, creditors, committees, and trustees in bankruptcy and reorganization cases.
She earned her J.D., with honors, from the Drake University Law School in 2013. She earned her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Northern Iowa in 2009. Prior to joining the Bradshaw Law Firm in 2014, she clerked for the Honorable Anita L. Shodeen, Chief Judge at the Southern District of Iowa Bankruptcy Court.
“Krystal’s extensive bankruptcy experience, especially in Chapter 11 cases and Chapter 7 Trustee cases, adds so much to our practice group’s leadership, and we are thrilled and proud of her elevation to shareholder,” said Jeffrey D. Goetz, who leads the Bradshaw Law Firm’s Bankruptcy Law practice area.
Krystal Mikkilineni is actively involved in the bankruptcy and restructuring field and is involved in many bankruptcy professional organizations. She participated as one of forty attorneys in the 2019 Next Generation Program of the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges in Washington, D.C. She also regularly speaks at conferences and seminars on various topics related to the bankruptcy field.
