Bradshaw Law Firm Hires Three Summer Law Clerks

Bradshaw Fowler Proctor & Fairgrave, P.C. announces the hiring of three law school clerks for the summer. 

  • Brendan McGuire has completed his second year at the University of Iowa College of Law.  McGuire earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa in Management.  He is a graduate of Urbandale High School. He previously clerked at another law firm in Story City. 
  • Megan E. Happe has completed her second year at the Drake University Law School.  Happe is managing editor of the Drake Law Review.  She earned an undergraduate degree from Iowa State University where she graduated magna cum laude and was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and pre-law club.  Ms. Happe worked at a Des Moines area criminal defense law firm for three years prior to clerking at Bradshaw Law. 
  • Carlos Lopez has completed his first year at the Drake University Law School. He is currently studying law on a full tuition scholarship and was recently elected to be the secretary of the Hispanic Latino Law Student Association for the 2021-2022 Academic Year. He earned B.A. degrees in Law Enforcement Management and Public Administration from Northern Arizona University in 2015.

Bradshaw Law Firm's summer program is designed to provide law students with a realistic picture of what it is like to work at a multi-practice law firm in a mid-sized city. The summer program’s primary goal is to provide summer associates with a learning experience.
