The Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers has included Bradshaw, Fowler, Proctor & Fairgrave, P.C. (Bradshaw Law) shareholder Justin E. LaVan to its elite membership.
The Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers is a private association of Iowa practicing trial lawyers formed to gain greater proficiency and skill in the pleading, trial, and pursuit of all forms of litigation and educate Iowa lawyers in the presentation of trials and litigation, among other priorities.
Fellowship in the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers is by invitation only, upon sponsorship and recommendation from peers and judges and unanimous approval by the Board of Governors. Fellowship is limited to 250 attorneys who have displayed exceptional skills and the highest integrity, and who have dedicated their professional lives primarily to trial practice.
Mr. LaVan has been a Bradshaw Law shareholder since 2015. He primarily practices Agricultural Law and Business and Commercial Litigation. He earned his law degree, with honors, from Drake University Law School. He has a B.S. from Mankato State University.
