The shareholders of the law firm of Bradshaw Fowler Proctor & Fairgrave, P.C. have elected alternative dispute resolution and workers’ compensation attorney D. Brian Scieszinski its president. Mr. Scieszinski assumed the role as law firm president the first of January. He will serve until December 31, 2021. He has served on the law firm’s executive committee for the past three (3) years.
Christine B. Long (vice president) and Jason C. Palmer (secretary/treasurer) were named to the Bradshaw Fowler Proctor & Fairgrave, P.C. three-member executive committee. The executive committee sets strategy, monitors the firm’s performance, and is responsible for the firm’s management.
Brian Scieszinski is a shareholder. He earned his law degree from The University of Iowa College of Law (J.D., with high distinction, 1987) and undergraduate degree from The University of Iowa (B.S., 1984). Mr. Scieszinski’s practice areas include alternative dispute resolution and workers’ compensation.
Christine B. Long is a shareholder. She earned her law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law (J.D., with distinction, 1991) and undergraduate degree from the College of the Holy Cross (B.A., Economics/Accounting, 1988). Ms. Long’s practice areas include business and corporate law; real estate law; and wills, trusts, estate planning and probate law.
Jason C. Palmer is a shareholder. He earned his law degree from Drake University Law School (J.D., with honors, 1997) and undergraduate degree from The University of Iowa (B.S., 1994). Mr. Palmer’s practice areas include municipal law; transportation law; and litigation and trial law.
