Bradshaw attorney Scott Wormsley successfully defended the owner/manager of an apartment complex in a case involving a fall on ice. The allegations against the owner/manager were of negligence. The injured party made a claim to the jury for personal injuries, and lost income totaling more than $300,000. Scott Wormsley argued that the defendant was not negligent and did a reasonable job of maintaining the apartment complex. The jury found in favor of the owner/manager and against the plaintiff. As such, no damages were awarded.
