Jason C. Palmer represented the City of Pella in a federal lawsuit claiming the City violated Planintiffs' federal civil rights by creating a dangerous situation at the municipal pool and failing to protect them from drowning on July 14, 2010. The United States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa granted the City of Pella's Motion for Summary Judgment and dismissed all claims against the City.
