On November 1, 2017, Bradshaw attorney Janice M. Thomas obtained a defense verdict as a result of a jury trial against a Trust that owned rental property. The opposing party brought a negligence claim against the Trust, alleging the Trust failed to maintain the property and as a result the plaintiff was injured as she rode her bike past the property. The jury found the Trust was not negligent.
