Bradshaw, Fowler, Proctor & Fairgrave, P.C. bankruptcy and reorganization attorney Krystal R. Mikkilineni is being recognized by two national groups as a rising star in the legal community.
The International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) named Ms. Mikkilineni one of five 2021 Rising Star Semi-Finalists. She is one of two semi-finalists from the United States.
America's largest community of bankruptcy professionals has named Ms. Mikkilineni a member of the 2021 Class of the American Bankruptcy Institute’s (ABI) 40 Under 40 Program.
Ms. Mikkilineni will receive the ABI award at the institute’s Winter Leadership Conference in California in December. She received the IWIRC award at the Fall Conference held in Indianapolis earlier this week.
Ms. Mikkilineni is a Bradshaw, Fowler, Proctor & Fairgrave, P.C. shareholder. She practices primarily in the areas of bankruptcy law, business law and corporate law. She focuses her practice primarily on representation of debtors, creditors, committees, and trustees in bankruptcy and reorganization cases.
Ms. Mikkilineni serves as a board member of the Chrysalis Foundation, and the Vice Chair and Treasurer of the Midwest Network of the Midwest section of the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC). She is a member of the 2021-22 Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute (GDMLI).
