Tirzah is more than a bankruptcy attorney who can help steer clients through significant personal financial challenges. She takes a personal approach, getting to know the stories behind every matter.
Having clerked for the Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Iowa, Tirzah primarily represents clients in Chapter 7 (liquidation) and Chapter 13 (reorganization) bankruptcy matters. She focuses her practice representing debtors (people owing money to creditors).
In addition to representing individuals in bankruptcies, Tirzah also represents businesses in both bankruptcy liquidations and reorganizations including Chapter 11 proceedings with emphasis on debtor reorganization, secured and unsecured creditor representation, and bankruptcy trustee representation.
