Mark Tripp retired on June 1, 2023. 

Mark Tripp has been an attorney with the Bradshaw, Fowler, Proctor & Fairgrave, firm since 1981. He has represented corporate defendants in sixteen different states including Iowa, and has litigated cases to jury verdict in seven different states. He has represented manufacturers of heavy equipment, aviation parts, food products, gas appliances, on-highway vehicles, and above-ground mining equipment.

Mr. Tripp has been selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America in the categories of Product Liability Litigation - Defendants, Bet-the-Company Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Insurance Law. His general practice included, but was not limited to: Product Liability, Trial Law, Toxic Torts.
