The compensation package is competitive, consisting of a base salary determined by each individual's quality of lawyering, participation in professional organizations, community activities and contribution to the firm's business. A minimum of 1900 billable hours per year are required of each associate attorney at Bradshaw, Fowler, Proctor & Fairgrave, P.C. Benefits include:- Medical Insurance
